TKT Playtime Inflata Park is a family-owned entertainment facility providing a 20,000 sq foot venue with various inflatable attractions, games, and activities for all ages. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun environment for families, groups, and individuals while maintaining certain standards and rules that ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment.

Definitions

  • “Participant” refers to any individual who engages in activities at TKT Playtime Inflata Park.
  • “Guardian” refers to a parent or legal guardian responsible for participants under 18 years of age.
  • “Facility” refers to the physical location of TKT Playtime Inflata Park at 4060 Covington Hwy STE 500, Decatur, GA 30032.
  • “Website” refers to tktplaytimeinflata.com and any affiliated online platforms.
  • “Services” refers to all attractions, activities, events, and amenities offered by TKT Playtime Inflata Park.

Waiver Requirement

All participants must have a valid, signed waiver on file before engaging in any activities at TKT Playtime Inflata Park. Participants 18 years or older must present a government-issued photo ID to sign a waiver. For participants under 18 years of age, a waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Waivers generally remain valid for one year from the date of signing.

By signing the waiver, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with the activities at our facility and agree to assume all risks of personal injury, including the potential for serious injury, paralysis, or death.

Safety Rules and Guidelines

Safety is our top priority. All participants must:

  1. Wear TKT Playtime Inflata Park socks at all times while on attractions (available for purchase at our facility).

TKT Playtime Inflata Park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who fails to follow safety rules or whose behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.

Please ensure the Privacy Policy/Terms & Conditions contains a disclaimer stating that the company will not be sharing customer information with third parties for marketing purposes as outlined below.
 
“No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.”

Booking and Admission

Reservations

While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking jump times in advance through our website to guarantee availability. Time slots can fill up quickly, especially during weekends and holidays.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing information is available on our website. All sales are final. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or upon entry to the facility.

Check-In Procedure

All participants must check in at the front desk upon arrival. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled jump time to complete any necessary paperwork, purchase required socks, and receive a safety briefing.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

General Admission

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for general admission tickets once purchased.

Party Packages and Group Bookings

For party packages and group bookings:

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the event date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future booking.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event date are non-refundable.
  • Date changes may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Facility Closure

In the rare event that TKT Playtime Inflata Park must close unexpectedly due to severe weather, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control, we may offer rescheduling options or credits for future visits at our discretion.

Food and Beverage Policy

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the facility, with the exception of birthday cakes for scheduled birthday parties. Food and drinks are available for purchase at our concession area. Please inform our staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Photography and Videography

TKT Playtime Inflata Park may capture photographs or videos of participants for promotional purposes. By entering our facility, you grant us permission to use images or recordings that may include you or your children for marketing, social media, and advertising without compensation.

If you wish to opt out of this policy, please notify our front desk staff upon arrival.

Participants are permitted to take personal photos and videos, provided they do not disrupt other guests’ experiences or violate others’ privacy. Commercial photography or videography requires prior written approval from management.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of TKT Playtime Inflata Park or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on the website is the exclusive property of TKT Playtime Inflata Park and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability
